At Rival Boxing Gear, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality equipment for your training; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused gear in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the item remains in sellable condition for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
